GBGBEvri left my package unattended in the pouring rain while I was at work came home and the package was gone I’ve emailed poster store all I keep getting it what seems like al replies, I’m so annoyed as it was a gift and I’m £40 odd out of pocket and need to rush around to find a replacement gift. Please issue me a refund you use a rubbish delivery service and make your customer wait to a replacement or refund. No my fault.
GBGBGreat customer support, swift response after debacle with Evri. Evri saying it delivered item to locker but locker empty. Thought using Evri locker would be better than parcel chucked at back of house or in front of parked car tyre but evidently not!
