Scam delivery costs, states deliveries over £80 are free but I have been sent a bill via their courier days after the order transaction was completed stating I need to pay an additional £43. Had I known the order would be subject to steep import duties, I would never have ordered from this site. It is in their T&Cs but not clearly displayed on their site and is not clearly articulated at any point during the ordering process and after I inputted a UK delivery address. Feels like a scam to increase orders and makes this site more expensive to use than its competitors. Would not order from here again.
I ordered 5 or 6 posters for a total Cost of over £85. The quality for the majority of them was very poor. I complained to the company and their service is horrendous. They don’t want to admit that and didn’t offer any compensation or a free return for at least some of them. Now I have to organise myself the return of the items to Denmark. Ridiculous the least. I’m not ordering again from them. I’ll choose another company.
