The company were great at replacing without any hesitation, raspberry canes that had failed to bud last year. Rather than replacing them immediately they suggested sending them at the appropriate time of year to ensure the best chance of success. This was to be almost a year after my request. Without any reminding from me they sent the replacements at the right time and look to be viable canes with buds already established. Very impressed.

Ordered a fig tree for Mother's Day. Despite having a waiting list of orders Pomona went out of their way to get it there on time. Beautiful healthy tree too.
