CanadaFirst I would like to encourage anybody NOT to do surveys from this supplier nor to use it on your site if you run a GPT. This company brags about using advanced AI to automatically reject fraudulent submissions. Unfortunately, they are discarding good data and honest contributors along with it. I am considering prosecuting this company to the fullest extent of the law for all unpaid surveys I completed. I understand that they have criteria to reject a survey if you have gone significantly faster, speeding between pages, providing inconsistent answers, etc. But this is not the case. I am a member in good standing on many sites, I have done surveys through other suppliers and NEVER have experienced a problem. Just finished taking a survey on Pollfish, it was lbelled 2 minutes, I took the time to properly read all questions, take my time and answer honestly. This particular survey was very easy, no contradictions in answers, simple multiple choice, no speeding, consistent and honest, there were no qualifications, it was a general survey, I completed till the END, and thank me for completing the survey and that my responses are recorded. Unfortunately, then was screened out, this is common with PollFish, for some reason their automated process is rejecting a lot of valid completions. Failure to get paid for service rendered is prosecutable by law, I have a full video recording of this completion, should I consider a legal matter, this will be very useful. Meanwhile, I urge people to avoid all surveys from this company and avoid its stand-alone site as well.

For over four years, I completed surveys provided by Pollfish through Cointiply. During that entire time, I completed a large number of surveys that were accepted as valid and clearly generated revenue for Pollfish and their partner. My account was always in good standing, and I never received a single warning, restriction, or notice of any problem. The moment I requested my first cashout, my account was immediately suspended and all of my earnings were withheld. This happened shortly after the withdrawal request. I was accused of violating terms, but no specific violation was identified. No evidence was provided, and no clear explanation was ever given. Appeals resulted only in generic responses with no details. After researching this issue, it became clear that this is not an isolated case. Many users report the same pattern: they are allowed to complete Pollfish surveys for long periods of time, generating revenue, and then their accounts are suspended the moment they attempt to withdraw their earnings. Pollfish benefits directly from this setup. They supply surveys, collect user data, and are paid for completed surveys while their partner platform blocks users from receiving payment. Even if Pollfish does not directly control account suspensions, they continue to work with platforms where this behavior is widely reported. From a user perspective, this feels like exploitation. Time and personal data are taken and monetized, but payment is denied when it is finally requested. Until Pollfish holds its partners accountable and ensures users are actually paid for completed surveys, they should not be trusted as a legitimate survey provider.
