My usual hair dye is £5 but I thought I’d splash out on something that would be easier to use with more natural ingredients. Total waste of money, did not colour my hair at all!!

I ordered the product and it took about 3 weeks to arrive. During the waiting process I read all the reviews which I hadn't done prior too ordering. Then, I was very discouraged but decided to try it anyway. I was so pleasantly surprised! It actually worked for my hair. My temples were my biggest problem areas and it covered 99% of the gray. Smell wasn't terrible and I used my regular conditioner. I am pleased.

Made no difference at all! 2-3b pumps is nowhere enough for shoulder length hair and it did not cover my grey hairs at all.

I ordered 3 for 2 offer, 2 dark brown and 1 black. However, I only received 2 brown colours. I emailed their customer services nearly 2 weeks ago, no response whatsoever. The product itself is ok and convenient to use. Considering the price point and poor customer service, I will think twice before re-ordering.
