United KingdomRegarding PMT going into administration. I was fortunate enough to have been contacted by a thoughtful and caring member of the Birmingham site staff. I had ordered and paid for a Hercules five guitar stand and having waited for approximately five weeks,the staff member contacted me and said that they were having trouble getting my order. He said I could hang on for my order or they could refund my money which he seemed to encourage me to do. So, due to this I did have a refund and two days later we all know what happened!

Spoke to Ali , he was such a great guy , and checked the unit over for me before sending it to me . Arrived , splendidly packaged , and the unit works perfectly and now sits in my studio . Great job guys , Thanks
