This has to be the most unprofessional company ever! The idiot dealing with the my late father in laws property sale team owen lost numerous important documentation, informing ourselves we had to replace in order for the sale to complete. We are on the second year and its still not reached completion due to this, Read Valance Owen the so called property solicitor does not respond to emails, loses documents and doesn't return calls!! DO NOT USE THESE FOR YOUR PROPERTY SOLICITORS.. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
AVOID, AVOID AVOID!!!! No communication with myself or vendor's Solicitors at all. No work done on the file. 30 days lost out of 56 days for one purchase and 14 days lost out of 56 days on the other purchase. Vendor now threatening to pull out of the sale and may lose my auction fee of £6,995 per property. Have had to get a new solicitor and hope they can compete the sales in the time remaining. PM will not refund my file opening fee and now saying they did send me the contract of sale, but no one has had anything and this was only 4 days ago, so what have they been doing. This instruction was via My Home Moving Conveyancing so was not a direct instruction. NB - I was told it is being investigated internally. Clearly it isn’t.
