I tried to contact your customer service, but never being picked- up. This is just one among others of missing packages using your services (I could give you other shipment numbers if you want). Could you be responsive and responsible in doing your service? No need for explanation, but just deliver our package responsibly.
The absolute worst company. The only courier who believes they can just leave my packages at the foot of my garage and never come up to my door. Recently they smashed into my car on my driveway and will not take responsibility for it despite all the evidence… avoid using them at all costs!
Absolutely the worst delivery in Switzerland. I strongly suspect internal fraud. First time I've ever had a delivery company lose or take my package. Terrible tracking, no communication, no update via text/email/call etc. The evidence of delivery was someone else's signature on a piece of paper. The delivery vehicle never came near my house on the supposed day of delivery. Customer service would not even look into it. Strongly avoid use of this company. No issues with any of the other delivery services available here.
Worst delivery service ever, package suddenly will be delivered a week later then promised. I WhatsApp them but they could not help me, and told me that their own tracking system is incompetent as follows, and I must contact the sender! Absolutely awful system and service that misleads customers! 😡 [Whatsapp message from Planzer] “Hello When the sender sends us the data, the system assumes that we will also physically receive the parcel. And the planning process starts. In this case, we have not yet received the parcel. Please contact the sender, who can check whether the parcel is still in the Digitec warehouse. Kind regards”
