Worst delivery service ever, package suddenly will be delivered a week later then promised. I WhatsApp them but they could not help me, and told me that their own tracking system is incompetent as follows, and I must contact the sender! Absolutely awful system and service that misleads customers! 😡 [Whatsapp message from Planzer] “Hello When the sender sends us the data, the system assumes that we will also physically receive the parcel. And the planning process starts. In this case, we have not yet received the parcel. Please contact the sender, who can check whether the parcel is still in the Digitec warehouse. Kind regards”

I'm still waiting for the parcels to arrive. It's actually not the first time and this happened many times before. The worst domestic logistics provider in Switzerland (by far). DPD would be an excellent alternative.
