My digestion is improved and I no longer have problems with eating vegetables and fruit which are full of fibre, I can eat more healthy food and benefit from it!
Having twisted my knee badly in early January I was keen to try some natural joint repair and Active8 has helped and my knee is much more flexible & comfortable. I also have a long term sciatic nerve problem and hope that Active8 will also ease that. Watcbthis space!
Knee stability much improved along with flexibility and reduced pain. Happened almost immediately and now I can just about keep up with my wife on our walks.
On Monday 1st July I paid £121.23 on my Credit Card via PayPal. The medication did not work and I wasted more money returning "the empties". Delivery of these was confirmed and on the 24th October @10.04 I received an SMS from "Toyah" at Physical Nutrition saying they were having difficulty processing my refund. This was no doubt due to the fact that I had closed the PayPal account subsequent to the purchase. I gave her the details of the card used and suggested they pay into the card direct. Nothing happened, no refund, no answer to mutiple emails. On 26th/02/25 12.34 I sent another email stating it was nearly EIGHT MONTHS and a refund had still not appeared and I had never even had the courtesy of a reply to any of my emails. Emails from "DOCTOR" Paul O'Connell arrive with tedious regularity so I have no idea what your problem is! I said if I did not receive a reply, I would contact Trading Standards and a full report on Trustpilot. The answer to this was my VERY FIRST EMAIL FROM PHYSICAL NUTRITION. It confirmed that they did not have the slightest intention of refunding me. A corrupt company who's employees lie without hesitation. "We have replied to all your emails but they always bounce back" I assume they have evidence of this, my email company does not! Then another lie "I'm sorry, because it has now been more than 6 months we can no longer issue the refund - PayPal's default refund period is 180 days from the transaction date, PayPal transactions can only be refunded within 180 days of receiving payment" This refund is NOTHING TO DO WITH PAYPAL. The refund is coming from Physical Nutrition and their liability was confirmed in an SMS from "Toyah" " On top of this we can ONLY refund to the original payment method.Supporting Your Journey,Toyah @ Physical Nutrition" I replied to this email and received a reply which I show in full from the person claiming to be resposible for this scam.20/03/2025, 17:22 Hi Peter, Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your frustration regarding this issue, particularly with the fault on our emails being returned to us and not reaching you. Unfortunately, it is physically impossible for me to refund this payment - there is no option for me to do so. PayPal hold funds for 6 months, in which time I am able to refund any payments through PayPal itself. However, after this period the refund button disappears from a transaction and we no longer have access to these funds. The only thing I can suggest, is if you attempt to open a dispute of the payment with PayPal this may give me a way to refund but you will need to speak with PayPal regarding this.
