First of all I was contacted by this company on what appeared to be a London, England, phone number, 020 4586 3095. After a rather disjointed series of disconnected/reconnected calls I became suspicious, so said I would continue with the order if what I'm being told is I don't send payment until I receive phone and chip. The first call centre 'helper' said that was correct. The second one confirmed no money was expected until I was happy with the device. The third one started off saying the same as the previous two, so I had to be concise:- "Will you want money from me today, seeing as you are expecting me to send you all my personal and financial details?" The response was a rather deflated "No, not until you say you want the phone". Which, finally, was the truth. (Nearly 3 hours after they initially made contact with me!) The fact is, based on that experience and the reviews I've read here and another review site, Google, I have to say stay away from this sham company. You'll get a call from a UK number. But, the company is based in Spain. The call centre is in down town Mumbai. The phones they send out are ones originally for the Chinese market. And they seem to be posted out from a 'service centre' somewhere in France. I couldn't find out where because the return address for broken or unwanted phones, which the customer is expected to pay shipping and insurance for, is a French Post Office Box. Do I have to say any more?
This is the world worst company. I trusted this website and I placed an inquiry about iPhone16 pro Max 512 GB in black colour and as soon as I submitted my request I got a call from them within a few hours and they completed my process and they said that my phone will be delivered within the next three days because of the weekend otherwise it’s next day policy to deliver the phone, I was supposed to receive iPhone 16 pro Max But I received Google pixel nine on the delivery day and when I had a talk with the customer care of the website they said that they are looking forward into the situation that how the order was misplaced and arguing with them the whole day they told me that they will give me my phone on the same day anyhow in the evening and in the evening when I called them to ask what was the update they said that they won’t be able to send the phone but they will send it the next day and after that they were not receiving my phones and they had also taken some of the money which they said that they were written in the next few days, but I’m not sure that whether they will come or not but what? Whatever I have experienced till now I surely think that this is a scam and they are just trying to take the money out because when I was looking at the reviews. I saw that the people has written that these is a very fake company because they give wrong devices on the first delivery and then they ask us to return that and give us give them the receipt for two as well and then they assured us that we will receive the offer cost and the post money which we have paid for returning the device, but I haven’t heard of this till now I would surely suggest not to trust this website and never think of buying a phone from here.
