**Update: after this review, the company responded promptly and my money was refunded without any further hassle or delay** I am based in Netherlands and only reason to order a single rose from them was that it wasnt available here in NL. Paying 15 Euro for delivery of a rose that costs 25 Euros seems reasonable when you desperately want a rose. Order was placed in march, for expected delivery in early May. While making this order, webshop recommended a rose fertiliser of 14 euro, which I added because it dint lead to additional shipping costs. They chose to ship me only fertiser already in March. since rose dint arrive in May, I started to write to them, because I could not reach their customer service ever by phone. They took good week to reply that the rose is unavailable and they would refund me only the price of rose becasue I already received the fertiliser. I dont think this is fair to charge me full shipping fee for just sending fertiser, which was their choice anyway! I made one order, if they arent sure of their products, they should take the loss for their mistake not the client and by the way, if rose was available sending it separately wouldnt cost them anything. After this they stopped responding altogather. So yay for me! I paid 30 Euro a rose fertiliser that costs 14 euro and easily available in every garden center here. And worst of all no rose that I desperately wanted. I lost time and money and opportunity to buy it from another supplier. I feel scammed!

11 Thuja ordered together with some other plants, only 1 received, and the office with no traceability on me not reveiving them (I am asking as last resort to calculate the due weight that each parcel should have been, as they insist that they see it all as "delivered", & now ask *me* for photos of the parcels received in 2 batches weeks ago (and not the shipper or their own staff). In short, poor customer orientation and defficient operational efficiency :-/ Perhaps just not dimensioned for online trading or for seasonal peaks. I cannot recommend & will stay away from them. Additional hint: rose Santana was ok for 5 liter container, Naheglut small for the price&5 liter container, and Red Flame tiny&unrooted in a 5liter container (a rip-off!). 3 plants received much bigger, healthier & cheaper from another online supplier, and received within 2 days - not 3 weeks.

Customer service is very good delivery was on time. Most important: The trees I ordered are in perfect shape! I can recommend this company.
The plants arrive in good condition and, with a few exceptions, grow well. The descriptions of the plants on the website are very informative and detailed
