United KingdomUnfortunately I had a really bad experience with them. Made an order 12 days ago. Payed an extra 40% for priority. I still don't have the product and when asked about ETA was given contradicting iformation. When asked for refund and wanted to cancel the order it has been refused. I just hope that if I ever get the product I've ordered the quality will be at least decent.

Emailed them and been told they are busy and because it’s Christmas it will take much longer. So basically I can stick it that paper in my butt! What I am going to do with that paper if I don’t get it before Christmas??? I paid £64 for PAPER and not even getting on TIME! CHRISTMAS PAPER FOR CHRISTMAS BUT IT WILL ARRIVE AFTER? It’s ridiculous. So unprofessional. They should have stated this before taking my money! Do NOT RECOMMEND
