Had a policy for 3 weeks and had to cancel. They are offering 20% back for the year I had purchased and all they could say was we think this is fair and follows guidelines.... and is obviously set out in your terms and conditions. Best bit, you have to wait 30 days or whenever they can be bothered to transfer it, such a complicted thing a refund. Didn't give me 30 days to pay for the policy though 🤣 It just shows this is just another insurance scam company. You can't afford to claim with them and you can't afford to cancel the policy. Thanks you for talking mine and my family's money, enjoy it - please. Insurance in general is a rip off and this disgusting companies ethics stinks of the same. I can't wait to read their response to this... go go go generic response...
