Joined Personal Best in September this year on the 6 week challenge and loving it. Over the past couple of years I have tried other gyms and tried to lose weight and exercise on my own and failed. All the coaches are polite, helpful and supportive and you can ask them anything and so willing to help. Great range of times for SGPTs and classes to suit. Everyone in the gym are always willing to help and spur you on and I can’t see me going anywhere else now. Looking forward to my journey ahead at Personal Best and would definitely recommend this gym for people who may not be confident or comfortable in a gym as this gym will change that 😊
Amazing place to train. I’ve been going for over 4 months now and I’m feeling my fitness is in great shape. Welcoming atmosphere and always pushing you to better yourself. Would 100% recommend for people of all abilities.
I’ve grown to absolutely love coming to this gym. The team here is just incredible- they keep you going with genuine encouragement and personalised advice that really supports your workouts. They’re honestly the nicest group of people I’ve ever met, and I wouldn’t want anyone else guiding me through my training. My husband and I did the trial last year. He was initially reluctant, having never liked the typical gym vibe, but he ended up loving it - and stayed on! That says a lot about the atmosphere and the people here. I had to take a year off for personal reasons, but being back feels amazing. It’s like coming home to a place where you’re truly supported.
I joined PB during their trial and it has changed my outlook on exercise completely . I used to go to the local gym and didn’t really know what I was doing so I love how PB is invested in each person as an individual and teaches you the correct skills to avoid injury and also what works for you as a person .
