GBGBSmooth process from beginning to end. Paul, who came out to talk us through the windows, was lovely and helped us massively in talking through our needs for our new house. The surveyor was helpful in ensuring we got absolutely everything we wanted and the fitter was incredible. He fitted a 3 bedroom house- including sliding doors himself. Very impressive and has left our house looking as if it has never been touched. So happy with the final product and would recommend Pennine to anyone.
GBGBAsked Pennine to give us a quote for replacement UPVC windows and doors.After being at our property for almost an hour, the sales rep produced a price of £28k.Once I'd picked myself off the floor, the salesman then applied a discount for booking within a certain timescale, and then another which was part of a window scrapping scheme.This brought the price down to £15kWhen I declined this "generous" quotation, I received a phone call from Pennine a few days later asking me why.When I explained to the gentleman that the original quote was astronomically high, and enquired why the subsequent quote was almost half the price, the little chatterbox on the phone started getting aggressive, so I hung up on him.We have just had local supplier to visit our property, to price for the same scope of work (less one window due to building work).£8.2k all in.Dont even considering placing an enquiry with Pennine, let alone allow them to waste your time by giving you a quotation.What if I had just said "yes" to their original quotation, which was three and a half times the price?Absolute daylight robbery.Edit:Pennine never did try to contact me to discuss this matter. Just shows what they think of the general public.

GBGBVery happy with the quality of work,the fitter arrived on time, introduced himself and got straight on with the work, he cleaned up when finished and was very professional throughout, from my first enquiry to the job being completed I was kept updated at all times and even got my doors fitted a day earlier than expected which I was very happy about.I would definitely recommend.
