Recently sold a house through pcs legal MPH team. The initial set up went well , but rapidly went downhill from thereon. The sale took 10 months to complete( from early March 2025 through to early January 2026) as there was no liason from the mph team, they did not reply to emails, and also did not call back on telephone calls. We eventually had to write personally to Molly Hiron , who we believe is head of the team, and say that we were going to change solicitors before the sale finally completed. It was a really stressful experience for us, as we thought that the buyers were going to pull out. Alan & June Walton
They are frustrating to deal with, the communication was slow, emails went unanswered, and the process dragged on far longer than expected, I constantly had to chase updates, and documents I already sent were ignored. Very unprofessional and disorganized and would not recommend.
