Purchased order for 3 x balloon bouquets for my wife’s 50th Birthday, ordered in good time, paid for nominated delivery day, money, taken, order acknowledged by email, nothing arrived, no response from emails, phone number not recognised, requested a full refund. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Beware as I believe this company has gone into administration.

Hi. I ordered confirmation stuff on the 15 March.. still hasn't arrived it's now the 22 of April. Sent 3 emails no reply.... very bad... shocked no communication. I'm in ireland... wats going on!
Ordered over a week ago. Says it’s still picking order. Sooo slow. Wouldn’t recommend. Emailed for a refund as the party is over and heard nothing back. Bad customer service and slow order processing. Wouldn’t recommend unless your event is months away.
