I was suggested this service by Garantme, with the suggestion that this is an easier way to handle accounts. However, after choosing a provider and submitting my application I had questions because what I was being told on the site was different from what my landlord told me. When I reached out for assistance I was met with the following issues: 1) I was told that someone who spoke english would call me back I never recieved a call. 2) The email I recieved said that I could ask questions through the chat on the site. The chat on the site would only redirect to the in-house Energie service who said that they couldn't answer any questions about contrats that went through them to other providers. This is despite my application being stuck on the papernest side and not reaching the company so they would not have been able to answer any questions. 3) Email was never returned 4) I realized that there were multiple (changing) numbers provided for questions so I called a different one. At this point is when I was told that my application was stuck and had not been finalized, even though their site and email said that it had been approved. This is when the agent told me that I could not go with my initial choice and instead had to use a provider with a base monthly price that is 20 Euros higher than any of the rates that were supposed to be locked in for 11-12 months. (I opted to decline the fixed rate as every single estimate and quote that I saw for a studio of the size that I had was significantly lower). Apparently, the initial service could not activate new meters, which makes even less sense considering my meter had been activated. After all of this I still had to talk to the energy provider on the phone to verify information that I had already verified SEVERAL times online and on the phone with the papernest agent. At this point I could have just contacted the company directly and the process would have been significantly less stressful. The only reason I give two stars instead of one is that the one agent that I was actually able to talk to was very helpful in explaining the process despite forcing me to a different agency.

I really liked this experience with them , they tried to to find the best solution for my situation and I got the contract with the new companies that would benefit me every month at least 30€ , and I already offered my friend to get in touch with them.
