I have been trying to place an order with Paper Divas for over a week. I wanted to ask a few questions before placing the order, but no one answers my calls, or replies to my emails and messages. It is getting very frustrating.
This was my first time using Paper Divas and I was impressed with the quick and sufficient service. I ordered my invites on Saturday and received them on Tuesday. I was kept informed on the process which put my mind at ease, as I am always unsure when making purchases online. The invites were beautiful from the quality of the paper and print. I will definitely use them again.
It is extremely easy to personalise and order invites and RSVP cards using Paper Divas’ templates. Paper Divas responded promptly to queries and my orders were processed with impressive speed. I’m very pleased with the product.
Be careful of this place. I placed a order them. They wrote back saying something was wrong with it and to resend so I did. They then wrote a email saying they never received anything. I wrote to them 7 times without them replying. The emails from them was generic. Also they have never answered there phone. I called soooo many times.
