I love the painting I ordered; however, their policy is that they will not ship the painting unless I give an approval after receiving a photo of the painting. I did not receive a photo that I found in any of my online emails or texts, but he painting arrived on my porch without any notice. The frame was not what I thought I ordered. I may have made an error when selecting the frame by indicating the wrong check box, but if I had received a photo I would have changed the frame. When I questioned the company they claimed they sent me a photo. But they certainly did not get my approval. I had to spend an extra $300 to purchase framing that I wanted for the painting from a local framing company. I will not use this company again in spite of the quality of the painting.
They sent me my requested painting after it was completed to my exact request, looked amazing and shipped promptly, less than a month for everything to be completed. Ordered around Christmas, received painting in hand, with revision, before the end of January. The replication and attention to detail of the painting I requested is amazing. Can't wait to put this in a frame and enjoy it for years. Worth every dollar. WILL BE PURCHASING AGAIN.
This is the second painting we have ordered from PaintingZ. We absolutely loved the first one but we like this one even better. Our experience was top notch from start to finish. I cannot recommend them enough!
