United StatesWell, you've been notifying me to leave a review for something that took a while to ship..Daily. maybe look into that. I was excited to start with the hair mask last night...but my hair could not have felt worse. Maybe cut back on the 80% alcohol and try actual tablespoons of oil :(

The product never arrived, and I had ordered two weeks in advance. I contacted customer support and they were very kind and understanding, offering me a full refund. I was thankful that they understood, and immediately put in another purchase so that I'd have the products when I returned from my trip. Not only was customer support so helpful, but I received extra product for the inconvenience. A remedy mask and scalp brush. They have gone above and beyond to keep a customer happy. I will only but from this company from now on. The product is superb and so is their customer support.
