Purchased a snowblower and pins in Nov - according to the web site the snowblower is in stock and the pins are not. After some time waiting - I contacted them about the order as my order just said waiting for shipment- theyy responded that one item was to be recieved in dec - and gave numbers that did not match either of the articles. Then I tried contacting again 2 more times - the third time I realized there seems to be a autoanswer - it seems you have already contacted us and we would like you to compile your questions in one request - we have deleted your request- So it seems one has one chance to contact them - as you have to fill in your order number - and they must have this autoanswer on every request after the first. I honestly dont know if this first answer was also given as a auto answer - but at the end of each it says - the name Kent There seems that there is no way to contact them by phone - so I have now waited almost a month for a snowblower - during winter. I really would like someone to help to send the snowblower - or to contact me to tell me what to expect - as again it says it is in stock
Good service there is nothing to complain about

Reported the company to police for scamming. Ordered a product which the day after they reduced. Contacted support after 2 weeks still wasn't shipped. Completely ignored sent the product to the wrong person. Called support to they said IT issues can't help you. Called a few weeks later asked to cancel purchase they said lol no. Completely useless company has been reported by endless amount of users. The government needs to step in and shut this pyramid scheme down.
I can really not recommend ordering here. Whatever few SEK you'll save you'll have to pay later in headache and the worst possible customer service. I ordered a compost, waited a few weeks and then contacted customer support, no answer. Patiently i waited a while longer and contacted customer support again, this time getting an answer - a delivery had been attempted and failed, the notifications never reached me and the item was returned to the company. Who then just sat there happily, with my money in their account and my item in their storage - not seeing the need to contact me. I would much rather buy from a company that goes like: oh, someone paid for an article and it came back to us, let's figure out what went wrong. Clearly Outl1 isn't such a company. They have also stopped responding to my customer service contacts, so the matter of the paid and undelivered compost remains - since April 2025.
