Great experience from start to finish. There was no pressure for a sale I was given lots of different options before I purchased. The bed looks amazing! You would have to take a double look to see that it's actually a care bed.

I've made several purchases and have been pleased with all of them, especially the motion divan adjustable bed base and the mallow mattress, which are perfect for my ageing mother, whose mobility has already improved after only spending 3 nights on the bed. The quality of the products are excellent as was their sales service and prompt delivery.

I bought my opera bed second hand and something went wrong with the motor that lifts the headboard. This was very stressful so us as my cousin is mostly bed bound. I called opera and spoke to Daniel H. From start to finish he made everything so easy and within 10 minutes we had a new motor on its way - which came next day! I couldn’t have asked for a better service and feel confident about any help we may need with the bed in future. Thanks again Daniel!

Wow. Don’t know where to start, from the initial enquiry with Michelle to the installation this company have been superb. The quality of the bed is excellent. The quality of the service is excellent. The delivery was excellent, Shaun tried to call me; when I didn’t answer (because it was an 0333 number I thought it was a sales call) he sent a follow up text to say it was him, I called back and delivery was arranged within less than a week. The engineers who came out to install the bed and explain how to use it were awesome with my elderly disabled mother. So patient, so calm and understanding, we did not feel rushed or like we were being a nuisance. I wish I’d taken their names all I know is one of them has a dog called Rusty and the other used to be called Rusty when he was at school! I am so impressed with this company and would 💯 recommend over and over again.
