Easily one of the kindest and most awesome animal food companies on the planet! Our dogs love their kibble and we love the fact we aren't killing another animal to feed them. Adopting animals as a Vegan is easy now there's a plant-based way to feed them.Support is awesome and subscribing makes your order cheaper! How could this ever be a wrong choice!!?OMNI No1 !!! Thank you guys! <3
Our dog takes the supplements, which is a huge win for our fussy dog. Customer service is fabulous. It feels very personal and that you are actually being taken care of. We recently have used the online vet and dog behaviorist people. Amazing. Sophie (vet) was online with us on NYE. Bless and was most helpful. Arranged a follow us call to checkIn which is just so kind. Then we met Nico, another wonderful experience. His ideas were explained very simply and I’m pleased to saw barky smudge is getting better. In less than a week! Amazing service all round. Thank you Omni and the team
My dog has complex health issues and I had to change her diet and thought Omni was the way to go. I got in touch with them re which was the best food for her and set up a subscription. All seemed ok but unfortunately it didn’t help her issues. All through this the Omni team have been amazing, they replied so quickly to my emails and all seemed so thoughtful to my needs. I would recommend them and their products which are all first class.
There is a lot to like about Omni Pets. The pricing was excellent, the supplements themselves were very good quality, and most importantly my dog genuinely loved them. From a supplement point of view, I had no concerns at all and felt the products were well thought out and effective. However, I do have some reservations around the broader philosophy. While I had no issue giving my dog the plant based supplements, I hold strong views that canines should not be offered a fully plant-based diet and should have some meat as part of their overall health and wellbeing. That said, I was even prepared to overlook this difference in opinion. What ultimately led me to cancel my subscription and leave the service was disappointment with the company’s social media messaging. The repeated virtue signalling around climate change, carbon footprint, and implications around meat consumption felt unnecessary and, for me, detracted from what is otherwise a solid product. I would much prefer the focus to remain on pet health, evidence, and customer choice rather than ideological positioning. In summary, excellent supplements and value, but the dietary stance and online messaging were not aligned with my personal views, which is why I chose to move on.
