I ordered a set of bracelets from this company but when they arrived they were very cheap and nasty looking. I have asked twice for a refund and also sent a photo but I have heard nothing. Is there anything I can do to get my money back. I have since read that this is not a mother and daughter company as stated on their website but actually come from a company in China. I feel so sad to have been conned in this way and really need my money back. I don’t know what else I can do. How can people do this.
Returned jewellery after Christmas as Daughter didn’t like. Spoke to customer services who advised me, sent back recorded delivery to Australia (£18) and have since had parcel returned to sender (me) and no response from Olivia jewellery. So £121 + £18 it has cost me so far. Very poor customer service and returns Olivia Jewellery have since contacted me and have actually now acted very promptly, apologised and given me a refund for which I’m very grateful and appreciate them getting in touch. Beware ordering from this company. *Edit since leaving this review, and sending photographs of the bracelet with incorrect and faulty sizing I have received a refund * Orderd my daughter a bracelet for Xmas took weeks to come it’s came and it is absolutely tiny ! Didn’t even notice online apparently only size they do is 7 inches ? How is that even a thing. my daughter is a petit size 8 and it will not even fasten. I tried it on a toddler and it’s still too small. I’ve measured the bracelet and it is in fact only 6 inches not 7 as advertised. My only options are return to Australia and fork out postage. Or accept a 20% refund. Would definitely not order again. Shame as the bracelet is really nice shame they can’t get the sizes right.
