GBGBI recently ordered a flat pack computer desk from Office Outlet on 14th October. The process started smoothly with an email acknowledgment, stating the delivery would be between 18th and 20th October. However, on the day of delivery, I received an SMS after the fact, and it was frustrating to find only Box 2 of 2 arrived. With no phone number for immediate contact, I resorted to emailing them about this oversight. This situation cost me some time and pay as I had to take half a day off. On the upside, I've had previous positive experiences with Office Outlet, including fast delivery and quality products like furniture and office supplies. Their site is easy to navigate, and discounts are a plus. Despite this hiccup, I’d consider using them again for their overall great service. Four stars for Office Outlet.
GBGBOrdered a flat pack computer desk on 14 Oct. email acknowledgment. Told arriving any day from 18 to 20 Oct. Got an SMS this morning saying package delivered 9.47 a.m. (this was after 11.00 a.m.). Am self employed but took half day off to come home and build desk. On cardboard box it clearly says Box 2 of 2 - their printed label says box 1 of 1!!!! Box clearly not tall enough to contain the desk top - I cannot even find a phone number to contact. Have had to email - absolutely fuming at the lack of a contact number to sort this out, AND lost half a day's pay through someone's incompetence. Nowhere does it say only sending half shipment and what damned use is 1 box out of 2 - should have sent 2 together. I lost more money that the flaming desk actually cost. NOT IMPRESSED AND WON'T BE COMING BACK TO YOU. THINKING OF CANCELLING THE PAYMENT AND TELLING YOU TO COME AND GET YOUR FLAMING BOX - WHICH YODEL BADLY DAMAGED DURING DELIVER.
GBGBSent me a faulty grass trimmer and tried to charge me to fix it. Basically the product was dangerous with the main features not working.
GBGBAvoid! The chair i bought last year has now come apart from the back and the stitching and mesh has come away .Ive Contacted them and they said its physical damage. Its more like a manufacturing problem. They have refused to help. Just be aware when you purchase a chair from them.
