The chair arrived the day after ordering, and the website had a good video on how to assemble it. It’s very comfortable. So overall, what’s not to like?
From calling the sales department to the product delivery I found the service to be very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. The products were of a high quality. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again. Highly recommended.
The product arrived in time, however it was unsuitable -- incredibly uncomfortable and the back adjustment doesn't work properly. Shame as I really liked the style, but I cannot risk long term posture issues so decided to return. But wait. This company charge you a THIRD of the value to return. Yes, a THIRD. And you are bound to this if you purchase because they sneakily make you check the terms and conditions. Lovely little money maker they have there. It is not the customer's fault the company didn't opt for a robust courier service that allows for customer returns. But apparently it is. I wanted rid of the chair, so I agreed to pay a return fee (reduced, so that's something I guess.) OF COURSE NO ONE SHOWED UP. That would have been far too easy. An entire day of meetings rearranged for this. Please only buy from this company if you have seen the product and can guarantee it is in excellent working condition. Otherwise you are out of pocket by a third (PLUS VAT!!!!) to get it taken away. Avoid.
