United KingdomUsed to convert word document to PDF. Very fast service and inexpensive at £0.50. Within two days I had been billed for £39.90 for a monthly subscription which I most certainly did not knowingly authorise. Company was contacted immediately but without a response. I discovered the "cancel subscription" option, which, hopefully, will prevent any further payment requests. Another reviewer indicated there is a small text entry on the website which does state there is a monthly subscription. I can't help but wonder how many customers were "caught" by this somewhat underhand business practice.
