We bought a lawnmower from Oakley's just before the Cressage outlet closed. When we came to take it out of the box to use it was missing the bolts and levers to attach the handle. So having found that very frustrating, we did email them and they were very efficient and ordered the relevant parts to be delivered to us. Thanks! All now working well so came good in the end.
When I ordered the part, I was told 3 working days. It took 7 working days. The reason I was given was that there was a stock check at the warehouse. This stock check would have been planned and I should have been warned that there would be a delay.
