Worst experience. They are doing scam during sales not sending complete order. Not willing to resolve my issue not refunding or reshipment my missing items.
Quality is garbage nowadays. I bought a new epic ink liner and it was dry. Wasn't able to draw with the eyeliner even once. I thought I just had a bad luck and bought another one. What a surprise, another dry one. I tried to contact their customer service, but they completely ignored me. I used to love this eyeliner, but now it's unusable! I don't recommend this brand to anyone anymore!
I loooove their matte lipsticks, I found them the best for me, I like the colors and they last so long. I’ve been using them for many years now. I didn’t like their makeup photo finish primer though, it doesn’t absorb very well on my skin, though it gives a nice blurry look to it. I may try to use it instead of foundation.
Wasted Money!! Not impressed at all. I purchased a brow pencil online in expresso. I've had one in the colour expresso before but thought i would try the mirco version only to find out they are different colours. NYX customer service are not helpful or apologetic! This is so misleading to customers yet they just blame the (regular pro artist) customer for not studying the colour swatches! How easy would it be to just choose a different name for a different shade! Come on NYX! Wasted money on a brand new product i cannot use!
