Rented a van and then realised I needed to change the delivery address. £42 to change the address! Why! So I cancelled…guess what? £42 to cancel! Admin charges…🙄 And guess how long for the refund? 28 days…yes you read it right, 28 days. Really, give these rip off merchants a wide berth.
