USUSThis company was on Facebook and I really hesitated to order from an unknown company and how legitimate they were as I’ve ordered from FB in the past and have lost $$. Turns out you can check if companies are legitimate. Number Artist was legit! I placed my order on December 12th in hopes of getting before Xmas. Their site indicated 7-14 business days but when it got past that timeframe I reached out to customer service to get an update and within 24 hours I got a response. KUDOS for that!! This company does need work in the shipping department. If your site indicates 7-14 business days then they need to comply with that as it seemed to be a common issue with many other reviews. I was told that they had received more orders than expected and that my order had shipped and they would keep an eye on my order and I could check it as well. I did and got another email with an update. They were very responsive and professional! KUDOS 2!!! My order did arrive December 30th. I would order from them again.
