GBGBI also bought from this company..tried to return item though payed for tracking got it sent to an invalid address,company said they never received the product..when i tracked it,said they couldn’t return to the address the gave me..complained and received the product today which i had returned,went into bin..£40 lighter..con of a company
GBGBI don’t think there is an option to do zero stars but this is the worst customer service experience I can recall. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews for this product before ordering, then when I did I tried to cancel my order. Now I am trying to return it. They have offered a post code and address that does not exist, so I am unable to send back by registered post which is the obiy way I can get a refund minus postal costs of £12. They have offered me 35% refund instead of sending back the product. If I send the product back to this non existent address I will get nothing and they will go in a landfill.
GBGBI didn’t even take the product, and I’m glad I didn’t. Just examining the packaging was enough to raise serious red flags. There’s no manufacturer information, no credible certifications, and the contact details are useless: the email goes unanswered and the phone number listed is permanently switched off. That’s not just bad customer service, it’s deliberate evasion. This company is clearly preying on women in distress, offering false hope for menopause relief while hiding behind a glossy label and vague promises. It’s heartbreaking and infuriating to see such exploitation of a vulnerable demographic. If you’re considering buying “Her Again,” don’t. There are reputable, transparent brands out there, Nova is not one of them. Their silence and lack of accountability speak volumes.
