The products were somehow even prettier than in the pictures, and I even discovered that one of my washi tape sets also contained a couple of extra stickers, which was a welcome surprise. I LOVE this brand and intend to buy from it again :)
GBGBOrdered from them mid-November and the item only just arrived today. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift. They didn’t send me a dispatch email. I emailed them three times requesting an update but was completely ignored and received zero reply. Horrendous customer service.
USUSI’ve always loved the designs and the quality of the journals. So far I’ve bought 3 journals from notebook therapy and they never disappoint. However, this last order took forever to arrive. I placed the order for Black Friday and I received it right after Christmas. Still, it was worth the wait!
USUSCustomer service response time could be better, but the product is so well made and so dang adorable, that I feel like I can forgive any hiccups that happen. I will definitely order from them again! It is completely worth the wait. If you’re like me and love stationary and stickers, this is seriously the BEST product to purchase!
