They responded to my review making it seem like they have good customer support, but their response was a lie as they have been emailing me and made it seem like they didn’t know my situation They say they have a moneyback guarantee, but don’t say that it needs to be done upon checkout onlyin their terms and conditions which you can’t see upon purchase in their app there is nowhere in their terms and conditions that tells you they’re going to charge you $146.35 for the next four weeks I have asked them countless time to send me a screenshot of this amount, and they refuse STAY away from Nord yoga they are a terrible company out to steal from those who just want a better self image

United KingdomI signed up for one month and paid £15.80 for one month’s subscription and did not agree to a continuing subscription. I was shocked to see £79.11 charged to my credit card account at the end of the month. I immediately cancelled with Nord Yoga and asked my credit card company to dispute the payment. The company sent pages of terms and conditions including their no refund policy. I feel Nord yoga is not transparent about charges and I am disputing this further.
