The slowest shipping out of all the international kpop shops + they didn't even send the pobs I paid for. Instead of doing useless tiktok videos, maybe pay more attention at your workplace 🤔
It’s been a month since I bought 2 albums (1 pre-order included) and it still hasn’t arrived. Very disappointing.
My go-to kpop shop for new releases! I usually buy pre-order/limited versions from Nolae and they have always arrived in perfect condition. It is noticeable that the packaging is done with care, specially if there are extra photocards. Although the shipping takes some time for pre-orders, this is clearly communicated through emails and the release calendar. In contrast, the shipping for my Stray Kids Lightstick was very quick.

I placed an an order for the BLACKPINK - OFFICIAL LIGHT STICK SPECIAL EDITION (a pre-order item) on August 15th. I initially received an email on August 18th stating that the shipment was "set for End of August." Now, it is September 29th, and my order is over a month late. The communication since then has been unacceptable. Instead of providing a firm, accurate update, I have been receiving vague emails every two weeks simply informing me of yet another delay. The initial pre-order email promised shipment once all items were ready. Given this continuous cycle of delay messages, I have completely lost confidence that I will ever receive this product, and I am now concerned that the item I eventually receive will be a standard restock version, not the exclusive pre-order edition I paid for by ordering early. This level of delay and consistently shifting timelines, especially for an item that was supposed to ship in August and was ordered specifically as a pre-order, shows a severe issue with inventory management and customer service follow-through. A delay of this magnitude without a clear resolution plan is deeply disappointing. Update on Resolution: Due to the extreme and ongoing delay (now over five weeks late), the company offered me a choice between free cancellation or complementary "freebies" as compensation. While I am glad the item is finally shipping, the stress and confusion caused by the extended delay and poor inventory/communication management remain deeply disappointing. My expectation is that the light stick will now ship as promised, and I will receive the tracking information without further delays.
