I ordered here multiple times in the past. Usually very good but the delivery time has been SO much longer than it used to be when they were a smaller company. I have placed pre-orders too and at different sites (also in EU) they do not take 5+ months to ship. I find that they are good with customer service that is true, i appreciate how friendly they are. But they are on the more expencive end of the EU shops and i dont think the shipping times are worth that. I used to love them but i think that if you want to pre-order smt you can buy if from korea directly and it will be probably faster and cheaper.3 stars because i did like them. they are not awfull i just wish it was faster.

amazing website. I ordered 2 illit albums and estimated arrival was between July 2nd and July 22nd. the package arrived July 2nd during the after noon and the website hadn't even updated the package to delivered! such a great service 🫶
