Absolutely no communication from them about the status of my order. The order was placed 12 days ago; no delivery, no tracker, no follow up email, no reply to WhatsApp, instant chat, email or telephone! Shocking is the only way to describe it in this day and age of modern technology. I still don’t know if I’m going to get my goods from this retailer but I do know I will not be repeating the order which is a shame because I got given a jar and was instantly sold on the product but with service like this or lack of, it’s hard to repeat this experience again
