HLMO 6947 There you go a reference number From my previous post no correspondence from customer care, so went into the Hull store on Saturday 13th and spoke to the store manager. Assured me that the details I was requested were for ensuring that the product was not a faulty batch !!!! Also assured me I would get an update by phone Monday 15th or Tuesday 16th at the latest. Mmmmmm still waiting, the sofa is likely to be delivered back to store in the very near future along with customer action against this company. Get in touch, it’s not difficult JOKE OF A COMPANY AVOID You have my mobile number, I have a genuine complaint on a faulty product delivered, sort it out, you now have a reference number 3 weeks and no apology and no accountability for a brand new sofa delivered faulty to be replaced. Not even a phone call as you cannot contact customer service with this company
A really good selection of contemporary and more traditional styles of sofas, dining furniture and beds. Tony at the Manchester store was very helpful.
Please do not bow to the pressure of leaving a review in store. Their rating does not reflect the appalling Aftersales service with rude, condescending staff (that’s if you are lucky enough to get through to anyone). I implore people to read the the 1* star reviews and the Facebook page before buying anything from these charlatans. They don’t care about their customers and the quality of their goods are sub standard. Go to a reputable furniture company with a customer service team that actually listen! Does anyone in the NCF management team actually read or care about these reviews?!!
We left a positive review previously for one of the company’s representatives Sean from the Bradford Office. Whilst that feedback still stands. Unfortunately the aftercare was misplaced to that. We recieved one of two items two weeks later and not within ten days as advised and had to call to enquire about the delivery status as to when we would expect our sofa and mattress. The modular corner sofa we ordered came with one and not two plugs. The delivery men were also unable to take the mattress up to our bedrooms. The delivery men tried their best. It appears the sofa has a recurring problem as the delivery me told us the sofa we ordered always has the issue with a missing plug with customers and we were one of the nicest customers to accept it as normally most customers refuse to take it. We now rely on the hope of the company forwarding us this plug and adjusting our payment plan accurately and promptly. I question whether this will happen as after the sale it has not been the experience as described by Sean sadly. I can’t get through customer service ?! Please advise Andrew and Tamara
