Very speedy response and claim settled immediately.

I’ve been with Napo for my dog’s insurance and was really disappointed to see my renewal quote jump from £513.84 to £797.52 per year, that’s over a 55% increase, despite having no claims, no medical issues, and a young, healthy dog. When I reached out to query the increase, I didn’t even get to speak with a real person, instead, I received a generic automated reply from a bot, which completely ignored the individual circumstances of my case. It’s very poor to see a pet insurance company rely on a chatbot to respond to loyal customers about something as personal and important as their pet’s health cover. To make matters worse, new customers are being offered the same “Harmony” policy for around £666.60 per year, significantly less than what existing customers are being charged. That feels unfair and gives the impression that loyalty simply isn’t valued. I expected better communication, transparency, and care, especially from a company that promotes itself as compassionate toward pets and owners. I’ll be sharing this experience widely and will be looking at other providers unless Napo can demonstrate genuine concern for existing customers and offer a fair resolution.
I am exceedingly pleased with Napo. I've been with them just 1 year but already had to make a claim which was incredibly stress-less. All online and they communicated well with me.
