CanadaDespite local and federal laws prohibiting the practice (in Ontario), Rocky refuses to transfer my prescription to a local pharmacy for filling or let me see what it is unless I fill my script with their pharmacy After a consult with a clinician the e-script was sent to Rocky's pharmacy automatically and an order was generated. After seeing the cost, I decided to fill it at a local, cheaper pharmacy. Customer service initially acted as if the prescription didn't exist, then stated that it wasn't "attached". They then required that I pay $40 for the clinician to issue a new script to my pharmacy. A previous CS quoted me $60 making the whole situation seem like a last ditch cash grab. TLDR: They pressure and intentionally try to mislead you about your prescriptions to get you to use their pharmacy.
