New diet is helping with skin issues
The Sensitivity test gave us the information we needed to help our Milo stop chewing. He use to be constantly chewing his fur off. Now that we have eliminated the food he was getting that were on his test results, he is now a happy, chew free dog, and his coat is growing back in nicely. I'd highly recommend this product to everyone.
Fast turn around. The results were bit different from the saliva test I had done. I'm not sure which is correct. I'm trying to reduce exposure to all the things listed as sensitive in both tests
Great service! I had questions and wanted further advice regarding my pets results and Abbie was fantastic. So friendly and helpful! Informative, professional and friendly. Put me at ease and chatted with me back and forth via email regarding my concerns and questions! Also told me not to hesitate contacting again as they are always there to help. It can be confusing and overwhelming not knowing where to start when it comes to pet sensitivities so it is nice knowing they're there for the advice and support. I had booked this test after my cat received an injection for suspected allergies. The injection helped her symptoms short term but the vet was very vague regarding a longer term plan. So although this test doesn't diagnose allergies specifically, I decided to try some solutions myself at home using the test results but I can also take the test results to my vet if I decide another vet visit is needed at any point. Thanks again specifically to Abbie! Couldn't be happier with her customer service.
