GBGBI had low expectations when chosing somehwere to cremate my beloved rabbit as lots of people in this world dont care as deeply for animals as they do humans so I expected them to show up with a box and just shove my rabbit inside of it and get it over with, but that was the complete opposite of what happened. A man turned up with a beautiful wooden basket filled with a blanket, petals and fairy lights. He was very soft spoken and lovely about the whole interaction and I felt some sort of closure knowing her journey would be cosy and safe. I highly recommend my pet farewell for pet cremation because the entire process from the initial phone call to the picking up to the ashes being returned was smooth, professional and handled with so much love and care which I appreciate greatly! GBGBThe service is good, however there is no text or call update by the driver and we have to call them to find out where the driver is, which is a pain, especially if you are freshly mourning a beloved pet. On a plus note, the young lady on the phone, Nailah was very polite and empathetic, and is a credit to the team! Thanks again!!
GBGBI cannot say enough wonderful things about operate well. After having my Jinky for 18 beautiful years, saying goodbye was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. During such an emotional time, they were truly incredible. From the very first interaction, they treated Jinky, and our family with such genuine compassion and respect.
