I ordered a paint by number from PaintWiz. I did not get what I ordered for one. I started the painting they sent only to find the grey paint 15 (1933) is all dried up and need a replacement. There is no information on Paint Wiz to ask for a replacement.
I ordered a Schipper paint by numbers kit and got a rolled up canvas that wasn't even close to the painting I ordered. This is a total scam!
Sent wrong size and told me I was wrong would not recommend the business to anyone.
Sent a custom kit with incorrect colors for the subject in the painting. Refused to make it right and simply told me to use different colors and to add contrast. I paid for their most expensive customization in order to get the most realistic results. Wasted $64. I just noticed that they block negative reviews. Good lesson in investigating companies prior to paying a lot of money.
