NLNLI had to return items. I had to pay myself for the shipping label which is bizarre. Never experienced it before. Also, no easy way of returning. You have to contact the customer service. They of course could be doing this to discourage you from returns. At least the customer service was cooperative.
NLNLHorrible. I placed an order on Sunday night because the website explicitly said it would be delivered the next day if ordered before 8PM. It’s now Wednesday, and my order still hasn’t arrived. No updates and no explanation. If you can’t stick to your own promises, don’t advertise them. Completely unreliable and disappointing. Never ordering from here again.
