NetherlandsHorrible. I placed an order on Sunday night because the website explicitly said it would be delivered the next day if ordered before 8PM. It’s now Wednesday, and my order still hasn’t arrived. No updates and no explanation. If you can’t stick to your own promises, don’t advertise them. Completely unreliable and disappointing. Never ordering from here again.

NetherlandsRefunds are not processed if packages do not arrive, shop owner doing customer service is verbally abusive and isn’t reasonable. The only thing he does is yell at customers. Avoid this shop at all cost.

NetherlandsOutrageous! I bought an expensive product, that never arrived, likely due to error on PostNL side. The answer from the shop is that I can go sue PostNL. I have not seen such outrageous behaviour from a business ever in my life. Stay miles aways from them!
