Im 100% satisfied with the support, I had a tecnical problem to install the MT5 EA-update. They answered in normal times for a free service, they tried to solve out the problem, several times it was not working, but at least, after 4 days, they gave me a well running solution. Thanks a lot for this service
Myfxbook has a problem about responding to contacts. When I ask questions about service that I paid for but not received there is no response.
Absolutely appalling service paid for live updates and I get one update per day you are kidding have messaged support no relpy back I’ll be taking further action
Bought the Outlook indicator for better API access, the money was deducted from my account but they couldn't associate the payment with my account. I contacted support and they refunded my money and told me to buy again but it also didn't work the second time. Now they wont answer and keep my money.
