I purchased EarFun earbuds twice and experienced the same issue both times: poor fit and insufficient adherence. Despite normal, everyday use and trying different ear tip sizes, the earbuds repeatedly slipped out. In both cases, this eventually led to the loss of one earbud without noticing when it fell. With the second pair, this happened after only about 15 days of use, making the product unreliable for daily use. Fit and stability are key features for wireless earbuds, and this was a consistent problem. Customer support explained that there are multiple production batches due to “improvements made during production,” which suggests that fit and adherence may vary. However, they also confirmed that this situation is not covered under warranty and no alternative solution was offered. I am sharing this experience to inform potential customers about a recurring fit issue that may significantly impact usability.
Returned earphones were not refunded. They simply claimed the item hadn't arrived. Very poor service. Beware of this company!
The slowest delivery I've ever seen. The due data was already large, but even though I didnt get it in time. I needed the eadbuf for an important meeting and I missed it

Terrible customer service. Their provided shipping company never successfully delivered the package and I have proof of that, but they’ll not refund me the money. Maybe don’t work with a terrible company as Gofo as your shipping partner with a one star review on Trustpilot and trust your customers. Will never order again. Update: I wish I got a refund or replacement. Your customer service repeatedly believed the post service and its very obvious they’re lying. I have proof of that so I’m happy to get a refund.
