CanadaThey dont respect the 2 weeks they say after receiving the samples, it take me a month to have them. I wanted a quick result this time so it was a bad experience. But the test is really good I have nothing to say on it. I will use this test again if I dont need the test result quickly.

United StatesThe submission process was quick and easy. The results were accurate and provided much faster than I have experienced in the past with any provider. I needed to 'print' the output to a pdf, and yes, they had a print button to do so directly w/o having to resize the displayed info. (Thanks for that!)
