Terrible customer service, deceitful product. Ordered the hamper and free hamper. Of 23 packets of meat, every single one was 30 to 50% under the advertised weight. Products were missing. Contacted customer services who expected me to pay for packing and posting and send it back to their sub suppliers and haven't yet apologised, tried to rectify the situation or refund or replace. Seriously, don't bother with muscle foods, the advertising is lies. Update on 30th Dec: Despite the trust pilot reply to my review, they've lied again. They haven't been in contact again, they've ignored the 2 hastener emails and have buried their heads in the sand. I guess reporting them to trading standards is the next logical step. Sad to believe it has to come to this.
Brilliantly packed with ice packs, lovely quality food, will definitely use them again, only issue I had was the parcel was left on the doorstep, I had no idea it was there, only found out after checking my emails, I was lucky it was not stolen, the box was labelled muscle food all over so you could clearly tell the box had contents worth stealing! I suggest a code should be used with such deliveries so that the driver has to receive the code in order to leave the parcel with customer. This way they cant drop and run leaving parcels to be stolen, I don’t understand why JD is the only Company that does this.
