I was initially excited about the program, however in trying out the free version the sound quality wasn't good enough for me to use as a professional. I told I needed to upgrade to try it out. So, I purchased a month of the Pro plan to try it out and it works for me and was excited because I knew they had a sale with a discount and I was going to upgrade for the yearly plan, however they said because I for an existing member I couldn't get a discount. It was only 2 days and I did know that the discount was coming, but I wouldn't have bought a year without hearing the product first.
I tried the free version first and assumed that the pro version would be better. I wanted to replace some tracks in already mastered material from long ago. I paid for a month and the results are useless for high quality mixing, etc. I am stuck with losing $20 now since there is no refund.
I have suffered in the same way as many who have already posted here, and I signed up for the app in good faith. Discovered within a day or two that it wasn’t for me and was not performing to expectations. Asked for a refund and was denied within seconds. Moises stated their terms and conditions, but let’s be honest: who really reads the small print? You expect a company to behave reasonably and refund those who are not satisfied with their purchase within a reasonable timeframe. Incredibly disappointed. Avoid this company as there is no point buying software from companies that aren’t behaving with any integrity. It’s just gonna cause you problems down the road even if you like the software.

I signed up for Moises and quickly found out that the app lacks some things that I need. I requested a refund the very next day and was refused, stating: "we have reached the final decision that this falls under a non-refundable category. As outlined in our Terms & Conditions, Moises is a non-refundable service. Subscribing to our platform implies your acknowledgment and agreement to this condition." It's important to me to have good customer support when using these types of apps. I would not recomend usine Moises due to lack of support and poor to no customer service.
