Excellent quality hardback book produced at good price. Slight delay with original delivery date, however kept informed of delay.
Cheap, but you get what you pay for. Very slow service, and terrible quality. White streaks all over the prints and arriving damaged in an undamaged box. This isn't the first time an order arrived damaged and misprinted, they offered to send a new batch out and it is still misprinted in the same way but damaged in a different way. I won't be using them again. It's terribly wasteful. In response to the reply - the customer service person I spoke to confirmed the damage, which is uniform on every copy, was a manufacturing error. The box was undamaged, it was not damaged in transit. Mixam also flagged my review as harmful.

Professional quality and you get exactly what you asked for. Only drawback is the banding visible on some darker prints which does make it look slopier but it's hardly noticeable to the average customer.
